Delivery Information
Eltop Electronics will always endeavour to fulfil your order to your complete satisfaction. We offer a range of delivery options, depending on the price and weight of your order, the delivery address, and the speed with which you require the goods. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer care and after-sales policy. However, you are entitled to return your goods if they are faulty or your order has been incorrectly assembled. Postage & Packing Rates
We primarily use Royal Mail as our preferred courier for both UK and international deliveries, ensuring a reliable and trackable service for all orders. All UK orders up to 2kg in weight are subject to a £4.50 P&P charge. All UK orders over 2kg in weight are subject to a £7.95 P&P charge. This charge covers the cost of processing, packing, and delivering your order. UK Offshore deliveries (including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man) are subject to the UK mainland charges above, though delivery times may vary slightly.
International Customers
We are pleased to offer international shipping to customers worldwide. We primarily use Royal Mail International for overseas deliveries; however, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order, we may also use other reputable courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely and efficiently.
As shipping costs vary depending on the destination country, order weight, and size, we kindly ask all international customers to Contact Us prior to placing an order so that we can provide you with an accurate shipping quotation and advise on the most suitable courier option for your order.
Please be aware that all international orders may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, and other charges upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are not included in the price of your order and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Eltop Electronics has no control over these charges and is unable to predict or reimburse them. We strongly recommend checking with your local customs authority or postal service before placing an order to understand any potential additional costs.
Please note that any delays caused by customs clearance procedures are also beyond our control.

Returns
At Eltop Electronics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we operate a straightforward returns policy as outlined below.
What We Accept
- Returns — we accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
- Exchanges — we accept exchanges for defective products only.
Product Condition
We can only accept returns for items that are in new and unused condition, in their original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included. Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer may not be accepted for return.
Return Window
You have 14 working days from the date of receipt of your order to notify us of your intention to return an item. Please contact us via our Product Returns form or Contact Us page before sending any items back to us.
How to Return
Returns must be sent back to us by mail to our returns address. Please ensure your item is securely packaged to avoid any damage in transit. We recommend using a trackable postal service, as Eltop Electronics cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Return Postage
The cost of return postage and the return label is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning any items.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee on any returns, so you will not incur any additional costs when returning an item.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund to your account.
Please note the following regarding shipping costs:
- If you are returning a faulty or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the item plus any return shipping costs incurred. Please retain your proof of postage and include a copy of your postage receipt with your return so that we can reimburse you accordingly.
- If you are returning a non-defective product, the cost of return postage remains the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. Only the cost of the item will be refunded in this instance.
* Please note that this returns policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which give you the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 calendar days of receipt.
Minimum Order Value
We do not have a minimum order value, so you are welcome to order whatever you need, however large or small.
